I provide dedicated, 1:1 private tutoring for learners with dyslexia and other literacy-based challenges. My goal is to transform the frustration often associated with reading and writing into a journey of confidence, self-reliance, and academic success.
Every student’s brain works differently, and for a dyslexic learner, traditional classroom methods can sometimes feel like a barrier. I specialize in breaking down those barriers by using a multisensory approach. By engaging sight, sound, and touch simultaneously, we create stronger neurological pathways for language processing.
Lessons are far from a "standard" lecture; they are dynamic and hands-on. We might use "air-writing" to build muscle memory for letter shapes, use color-coded visual cues for phonics, or play strategy-based card games that enhance phonological awareness while keeping the student engaged and having fun.
